Jenny Grace has an expansive career in all levels of behavioral healthcare including, inpatient, residential & outpatient settings. Currently, Jenny Grace works full time at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, CT as the Senior Clinical Coordinator of The Steward House Residential Program for Executives & Professionals. She is proudly in her 14th year at Silver Hill. Additionally, Jenny Grace works as a part of a multidisciplinary team through a diagnostic assessment service, Wayfinder Collaborative Assessments. This service is designed to solve complex clinical mysteries for those feeling stuck, struggling to understand what’s truly going on or to examine a new onset of symptoms. Jenny Grace’s experience in crisis management, assessments, care coordination, family & collateral communication & clinical skill building has allowed for a well-rounded & thoughtful approach to treat each person with individualized care. Identification of treatment goals & a thorough evaluation are essential phases that would begin the therapeutic work. Through the use of CBT, DBT & insight oriented therapy, we can set out to achieve the these goals.

Jenny Grace lives in Fairfield County with her husband & 3 children. As a mother to a child with complex medical issues & twins, she is versed in working with parents who are struggling with overwhelm, lack of support or navigating the medical/special needs landscape. Jenny Grace is also a cancer survivor.

Jenny Grace’s services are out of network with insurance however, a monthly superbill can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement.
Forms of payment include payment on Simple Practice portal, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay.

15 minute phone or video consultation.
Individual Therapy:
$250
Each session is 50 minutes.
Sessions can take place virtually or in person in New Canaan, CT.
Therapeutic Consulting:
Cost varies depending on each individual’s needs
Includes case management, family coaching, psychoeducation, care navigation, referrals & ongoing support for those struggling with complex treatment needs.
